WCGMF Launches

We are proud to announce the launch of the redesigned, rebuilt site for the William Caspar Graustein Memorial Fund. A multi-year project,
has been working closely with the Fund to reconceive and redevelop their site from the ground up. Congratulations to Lynn Koble for her amazing design, and for Litza Stark for coding the site and implementing the content management system and grantee search. The new site can be seen at wcgmf.org. Great work, everybody!

Long Island College Hospital Rape Crisis Program Shuttered

We were saddened to learn this week that the Long Island College Hospital Rape Crisis Program, a long-time
client, was being defunded. Few details are available, but it's clear that LICH has chosen to radically reduce the resources available to victims of violence. This article provides a bit of background.
Our best wishes go out to the program staff, and especially to Brooklyn survivors of rape and domestic violence, who will henceforth find services scarcer and less convenient.
