Randall Martin

Graphic Designer, Illustrator

Randall studied urban design at New York University, and graphic design at Parsons School of Design and at School of Visual Arts. He was an art director for LA Weekly Magazine, then an art director at Chrysalis Records. He started a design studio, C.M.O.N., with a fellow EMI art director. C.M.O.N. produced packaging, advertising and identity for the music, book publishing and film industries, with clients including Random House, Doubleday, Miramax, HBO, EMI records and Sony Music. In 2002 Randall moved to Beacon NY where he volunteered on the city's comprehensive planning committee, designed a way-finding sign system for the city, art directed a local monthly newspaper -The Beacon Dispatch, and met the founders of Clever Name Here.
